Herzlich Willkommen! – Welcome to the Fachschaft Informatik! We are happy to welcome you here. But probably you are wondering what this “Fachschaft Informatik” stands for. Well, the Fachschaft refers to the student body of one department. In our case, the department Computer Science or, in German, “Informatik”. Moreover, the term Fachschaft is often used as synonym for the small group of volunteers, who offer different services, or the Fachschaft’s office, where you can visit us to get a coffee, some snacks, ask questions and so on…
