Regularly, the elections for Fachschaftsrat (FSR, student council) are held at the beginning of the summer semester. However, this summer was not much regular and everything was postponed, making the last election period the longest in FSR history. But now we know how to continue. The plenary meeting is held online and the elections will be equally contactless: via postal vote.
The most important aspects are in the flyer. But to stress this again, it is important that the voting committee has your correct address. Check in the QIS which address is your current “Korrespondenzadresse”. If it is not up-to-date, you should alter it, however, the electoral register was already prepared. Thus, you need to contact the voting committee per email fsr-wahl@.
Here you find the OLAT course with the forms for nominating candidates as well as applying for a postal vote.
You’re cordially invited to the plenary meeting(Vollversammlung) of the student body of the Computer Science department on Wednesday 4th, November, 4:00 pm in digital form. We will be using the RHRK-hosted tool BigBlueButton.
You’re interested in becoming a member of the student council or you want to take care of a department? You know just the right person for such a job? Then simply enter this information into our Kluengel[https://pads.fachschaft.informatik.uni-kl.de/p/fs-kluengel] before the VV!
As always, the plenary meeting is a great way to stay up-to-date!
Feel free to stay in the BigBlueButton-Session after the meeting to spent time together with your fellow students.
In case you didn’t know. The next election of the Fachschaftsrat (student council) will be held via postal vote (more information to follow).
The electoral committee, which consists of Fachschaft members and members of the AStA and is responsible for carrying out the election, meets on Thursday, October 22nd, 09:00am in a video call.
* at least on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays, respectively from 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00.
Since the Fachschaftsrat came up with a hygiene concept, the GmF can partly reopen. However, you as a visitor have to follow a few rules:
There is a maximum of 9 persons allowed to stay in the Fachschaftsoffice at the same time.
You have to wear a mask.
You have to wash or desinfect your hands on entering.
Persons who will stay longer than 15 minutes, have to fill out a contact form. The forms need to be filled out and submitted in the respective box in the Fachschaftsoffice.
There are 7 working places. While being at one of them, you may take off your mask. If the working place is entered or left, it has to be desinfected.
Each hour, the windows will be opened for 15 minutes. This is weather-independent.
We will not offer sweets and drinks.
Furthermore, there will be a responsible supervisor at any time whose instructions must be followed.
